Servings:
Serves 6
2 lbs cooked shrimp, peeled and De-veined |
1/2 cup finely chopped finely red onion |
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro |
1 1/2 cups of tomato juice |
1 TB orange soda |
1/4 cup fresh lime juice |
2 tsp hot pepper sauce |
1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped |
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Let marinate for 2 hours before serving.
Note*
Serve in a martini or margarita glass for a fun appetizer.
Garnish with a Bread stick or two if you like
